Empowering Minds 4 Change LLC
Empowering Minds 4 Change, LLC developed an umbrella of services in order to empower children and families with the support of professional BCBAs, student analysts, RBTs, and BTs in the field to help offer additional support within the community to families.
Empowering Minds 4 Change utilizes Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in a variety of settings, including in-home, social groups, and community outings. Empowering Minds 4 Change assists individuals with developmental disabilities ranging from ages 2 years to 21 years old.
Our goal is to improve the lives of children and their families by offering compassion, consistency, confidence, empowerment, devotion, research based and data driven treatment approaches.

We support children and young adults ages 2 to 21 diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
(ASD) and related developmental disabilities. Our services focus on building meaningful
communication, social, behavioral, and adaptive life skills that promote long-term
independence, confidence, and success across environments.
OUR APPROACH
At Empowering Minds 4 Change, we believe meaningful progress occurs through consistency,
collaboration, and individualized care. Our clinical team partners with families, caregivers,
and educators to design personalized treatment plans that are functional, measurable, and
aligned with each child’s unique strengths, needs, and goals. Ongoing data collection ensures
that interventions remain effective and responsive over time.

Comprehensive Assessments
Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) conduct thorough assessments to identify
strengths, needs, and areas for skill development. These assessments guide the creation of an
individualized treatment plan.
Direct ABA Therapy
One-on-one therapy is provided by trained Behavior Technicians under the supervision of a
BCBA. Sessions focus on skill acquisition and behavior reduction using positive reinforcement
and structured teaching strategies.
Parent & Caregiver Training
We provide training and ongoing support to parents and caregivers to ensure skills are
generalized across settings and maintained over time.
BCBA Supervision & Program Oversight
Our BCBAs closely monitor progress, adjust treatment goals, and ensure services remain
effective and aligned with insurance and clinical standards.
Insurance & Funding
We assist families with insurance authorization and ongoing documentation. Referrals may require diagnosis or prescription.
